Today Emma turns six years old. It may sound cliche, but it is hard to believe how quickly the time has flown by. Six years ago Emma came into this world barely able to breath and giving us the biggest scare of our lives. Now we are blessed with a healthy, smart, and beautiful girl.
Yes, I remember it well. Alarms and sirens were going off in the hospital hallway. Sue, Angie and I were panicking and Lance and Dave were just chatting away not aware of anything wrong. We women shoved Lauren, sleeping in her stroller, at Dad and and took off searching for the mayhem. Thank you God for such a blessing but we could have done without the mayhem.
