Two Bad Ideas

Evelyn woke up saying she was feeling good. I told her I was happy she slept well and was feeling good this morning.

She then said, "Yeah, I had two bad ideas but they went away."

Now I'm curious what her bad ideas were, but I'm smart enough not to ask.
